Think so, he was a big fan of ossie and Ricky though apparently so there is a connection
The legend is that Marley was friends with Ossie, and Ossie sent him a Spurs shirt.

This is enough to set his status as a Yiddo in stone, for me.

My faith in humanity has been restored - I feared the worst checking the Spurs entry, filled with hope rather than expectation: but there it was in black and white.

Why has Levy not issued him with a banning order?

I can't find it now after some googling, but I could've sworn I remember reading in a biography I had read that Marley attended several Spurs games on his trips to London for tours or interacting with Island Records. I hadn't the slightest clue about any of this going into that book, so that was quite the delightful surprise.

Jesus can't believe it's IDS. Can we issue him a life time ban for just being a knob?

I have a strong suspicion that comedy actor Hugh Dennis could be a Spurs fan too. Two reasons. Firstly, when he was on Richard Osman's House of Games show, one of the possible answers to a question was 'Muscadi' and he said 'it sounds too much like Mustafi, the Arsenal player so I can't choose that one'. Second, in a recently repeated episode of the excellent BBC comedy show 'Outnumbered' he was playing Subbuteo with his son, and he had the Spurs team playing Arsenal.

Not much to go on I know, but the signs are very encouraging.

I'm glad Osman is a Fulham fan. Smug, patronising git. And I've heard he thinks highly of me as well.

I am a spurs fan longtime and I live in Fulham and have met and talked to Richard Osman many times and can say that he is a top bloke with what comes across as no ego a thoroughly nice and decent person .
