A nice little technical player who is totally ill suited to the premier league.

No turn of pace, no upper body strength and doesn't strike a ball well enough to compensate for those things.

He will go to a less physical league and have a nice career but I don't want to see him for us again . Give that chance to Moore or another kid.

The part about "opportunities" worries me. We need to go out and get our top targets, or close to it, for the positions we need to strengthen up front.

Nothing less than that, if we actually want to compete at the top end of ths league.

And Gil will never succeed here so we should absolutely be selling him. Our forward options right now are nowhere near good enough, collectively.

Semantics hopefully by Fab and if it's anything to go by with Lange vetoing a move for Hudson-Odoi then it will be driven by him and Munn not by Levy micromanaging.

He is the worst signing by Paratici. At least we got something out of Emerson. Feyenoord have been interested. We won’t get much more than 10m, if that.

A club finally!
Girona's in the CL this year too.

From little I know they played in a pretty unique system last year, might be a good fit for Gil?

Yep very technical team. Michel is being lined up to replace Pep at City.

Back in Spain, should be a good move for him.

They’ve just received a fair chunk of cash for Savio so they should be able to offer a reasonable fee. Or, loan with obligation.

I must confess I watch much less Spanish footie than I used to but it sounds Girona have become the great entertainers of La Liga. This would be a good move for him surely ?

Hoping some kind of sell-on-clause is added incase he tears it up at Girona should a deal materialise.
