People would have creamed their pants if he joined us but are now making out he is overrated?

I think he will be a very good player for United. I think at this moment we don't actually need him but it doesn't mean he is shit!

Are you new?

He is a good player, but the questions is will he adapt to the Premiership.

No, not new thanks - you? The sheer number of the posts in this thread suggest that people were excited at getting him and frustrated that Levy did not spend the money. Then when United bought him , people say he is overrated, going to flop etc. I was merely pointing out that fans can be fickle.

Sorry I think you took me up wrong, I meant its the usual thing football fans do.

We are signing him - "Fuck me pink he's good, gonna be a Star"

We miss out on him - "Nah hes shite mate, hope he breaks his legs in the first game"

Just the usual nonsensical footballs fans  .

a lot of good he did them
I thought he was really good before he tired. Lively, got on the ball, played some good passes, a few decent shots, etc. Wolves are not easy for any team, and are no pushovers, even when playing away. More than anything, I think today's game showed why united were desperate for a striker.

If we had of got him, would have meant Mourinho would have had to drop Dele.

And would he do that...? ????

The best teams have options and competition.. I think he would have been a very similar player to Eriksen for us

I believe the club will fully regret not going all out for him. Seems like a player we could really use. Oh well...

Tidy player - shame we couldn't shift a player that no longer wanted to play for us. We got Gio though, swings and round a bouts.

But that's a debate for another thread.....

Possibly - TBF history is full of players that we should have signed.

Whoever is responsible for not signing him needs to hang their head in shame. I might be wrong but it seemed like this transfer was there to be done....
What a fuck up..... again.

Levy looked at the other Fernandes and decided it was a better deal

We spent big money in the summer on Lo Celso and Ndombele. Another primarily attacking midfielder for big money wasn't our biggest priority. Also we shouldn't be arrogant or deluded enough to think players will choose us over Utd.

Levy looked at the other Fernandes and decided it was a better deal
And we're back to just making stuff up to attack Levy.
