I don’t know what you read. I said our defence doesn’t move the ball quickly enough.
The problem is when the defence are receiving the ball. Usually we pass out and start breaking up the pitch for our forwards to then turn around and play it back to the defence. We then pass sideways and into trouble before a long ball.

We lack an incisive passer further forwards and we are horrendous at running into space and taking people on. All hallmarks of low confidence but all of those things play off each other. I haven't watched enough Bruno but we need a focal point to take the ball in the final third and orchestrate the attacks.

We call that the Dier, Vert, Winks, Rose special delivery. That chaps my ass!

Yep, that guy his hurt...Tanguy. Lamela tries, but typically runs into two stationery defenders and then dribbles it off his wanker...followed-up by an immediate yellow card when chasing the ball back. At least he hustles, I guess.

If ATL is for Atlanta you've just fallen into the stereotypical us football fan lack of knowledge bracket.

If you say so. PM me if you want to turn this into a pissing match. I would hate to bore the rest of the guys with it.

they’ve been sceptical of the Bruno links to Man U from day one this window.
Hard not to be sceptical when if it was up to the media, they’d have Ronaldo, Bale, & Sancho up front with Poch as their manager.

Reports now suggesting that United are dicking about over another clause.

So when Sporting had to pay BF a €5m 'bonus' (or whatever word) for rejecting our offer over €35m last summer, it's alleged they upped it when he re-signed his weird contract extension - to any offer over €50m.

The suggestion now is that United agreed €70m, then found out about the clause, and now are refusing to bid over €50m and are threatening Sporting with it, knowing that they haven't really got the spare funds to pay BF another 'bonus'...
