Was the difference
or just be tactical and when you see they put 2 on the porro side, to give Mitoma even more space, put another one there, put Sarr on and tell him to hold the right side and follow Estupinan/Mitoma with Porro, Ange would never do this.
All our press stopped in the second half. and it does not help when our back can not follow or be physical inside the box. Romero again wasa just looking at the ball on 2 of our goalds, the thirds he misses a tackle high up the pitch, he is WAAY of it, so bad at the moment

As I said earlier, Mitoma came in off the line second half leaving someone else to get out wide and he had the run of the park. Their first goal was fortunate Udogie had it covered but Van de Ven's clip just done him even though their boy took it well, after that their tails were up and we just couldn't match them when we were up against it. Still a long way to go.
On the positive side Brennan Johnson keeping up his run and first half we had them chasing shadows.
Did Deki play 3 or 4 different positions today? We're still lightweight on the bench.

We all knew the minute they scored within 3 mins of second half kicking off how this would end. Maybe we are all negative, but we’ve been here so many times. It’s all just so predictable.

you do wonder what may happen if we end up finishing the league something like 8th and Ange having spent a tonne of money. We may be entertained but is this going anywhere…

At the end of the day the best teams are built on a solid defence, evidently that's still our biggest weakness and we need to start tweaking that area. I never ever feel confident that we can keep a clean sheet, that's an issue for a team competing at the level we are and trying to win things.

Great first half, terrible second half.

Just so frustrating we went from such good football to complete capitulation.
Plenty of games left, but got to improve reaction to adversity

There were warning signs towards the end of the first half that we didn't heed. But it's the same old problems every time and he's too narrow minded to fix it.

I know there is disappointment, however we played well for large parts of the game. We lost because we made some really poor defensive errors that you can’t make at this level.

A different type of manager maybe on the back of the travelling on Thursday, sures up midfield at half time as we are 2-0. But that’s not Ange he isn’t that type of manager.

Minteh was poor against United, making poor decisions and failing to get the better of his man.

Today we've allowed him to be a thorn in our side.
Allowed him to or he had a bad game against Utd and a good one against us?

The opposition do get a say in how a match turns out, it’s not only down to us being poor?

Love the fact these kind of performances always come along before an international break so we get to wallow in this misery for a couple of weeks.
