Let's be honest Poch was never the best with tactics or changing a game.
He trains a good squad and sets up is team and for most of his reign it's worked very well.
But now think it's time for him to go and us to get an experienced winner like Allegri, even for a couple of seasons. Levi then needs to spend in January. Also some fan favourites need to go unless they commit and massively improve

Allegri is surely the only option right now and one i would actually want.

Defensive, tactical and great in the transfer market. Plus he is a trophy winner, okay they should win it each year, but that is still pressure and he never failed.

Dembele covered up a lot of cracks in this team, he was just that good of a player.

Lamela's best position is central. Sissoko's best position is CM. Son plays best from the left or central. Ndombele needs to be free to venture forward. Everything we're not doing today.
