It doesn't matter what the lineup or the subs are. Poch has lost the plot and the players are performing for him anymore.

This is what I feel as well. It really really looks like a team that won't perform at the required level for this manager. This performance is disappointing me more than Tuesday's.

I don't think much will help, but something has to change. Will Poch learn and change something ASAP? Another annoying trait of Poch, not changing things quick enough. Really don't need to wait 15 minutes here to know things need changing.

Don't think I've seen us so dejected from the start for a long time. Look completely disinterested.

The body language says it all

That is my biggest concern and issue. The body language is saying we give up. Now none of us know why this is happening but i am very concerned by it all compared to what we have seen before. It's very upsetting really to see this squad now do this and we just don't know exactly why, has there maybe been a giant bust up in the squad, are there some cliques who are going against Poch and making the environment toxic or has Poch just lost everybody and they cannot trust him anymore.

This is the worst first half performance I’ve ever seen.

The players are clearly not playing for Poch. Completely downed tools. Ive never seen it so obvious before.

Either Poch is trying to get himself sacked or the players are.
