You'd hope the manager would rest Porro for Spence, and try and get Pedro ready to be at full power for Anfield.
Same with some other over played players like Deki and Son.
Doubt he will though. And yeah, agree sadly, Porro would be bookies' favourite for the next injury.

Yeah good they both got some time out vs the Elves. But I would love to see them doing only 45/60m max tomorrow and thereby going in fresher for Anfield.

Both Deki and Sonny (and Porro) have looked tired for weeks.

Feel we should have more in the tank this time. Thursday was slow tempo and half the team rested for a half. Still worry about our defence. Think we have to stick with Porro because we need Spence against Mbuemo. Can see a plucky draw.

1, play our strongest 11 first half
2, play our strongest 11 second half (if necessary)
3, don't play our strongest 11 at all.
I genuinely don't give a monkey's about this one, it's all on Thursday for me.

Yes Thursday is more important but it doesn’t do anyone any good to keep losing.

We need to go strong, try to win the game and build a bit of belief for the rest of the season.
