Hmm...Grant Hll young...well, he's turning 23 this October; and yet to play a single game for Spurs. Looks like another Obika or Dawkins - but hope I am wrong.

Obika is a professional footballer making a shed load of money he will have a good career and is an example of the success of our academy. It's not just about getting players in to our first team it's how much value added we can add to kids and how many we can get pro contracts.

Thoroughly agree, the success of an academy is not just the amount of potential first team players coming through, but giving all an equal chance of becoming the best they can be.
