What's the most money you've won gambling?

Most I've won from an accumulator was about £450 from a £20 stake about 5 years ago. Had a few £150-200 wins since then, but nothing quite as big

Also won £2000 one afternoon on my laptop playing roulette, started with just £15

Can't seem to win fuck all of late though

I won £1600 earlier this season from an 8 team acca.. the last game was the sky Saturday night game Norwich v west ham... knew I had the first 7 & when Leroy fir scored to make it 2-1 to Norwich with 10 mins to go I had to take the dogs out as I couldn't watch... I was nearly:poop:myself:D
the actual bet was 7 from 8 and all 8... 9 bets @ £1 total= £9

very strange as I 've won £ 8 k on horses before!

$500 (twice) and $300, playing ladders tournaments on Ladbrokes Poker.

Making back some of what was lost previously, though.

Got any tips fella?
funnily enough when i'm doing my fixed odds I have one window open with the bbc league tables
as it also tells you teams form for the last 10 games.
I never back spurs or never back woolwich & I tend to look for overpriced home teams such as Colchester v shrewsbury & Cheltenham v Wycombe tonight.

also I use skybet as you get a free £5 bet every week

I also joined these for horse racing & got to say there great & i.m ££££££££££££ up on putting a £10 win bet on there premium tip every day
www.freeracingtips.co.uk there premium tip line costs £4.95 per month or free if you open a betting account through them with one of the big bookies..
10 out of the last 14 days tips have won including todays just now @ 7/2..

I only ever bet tiny amounts, £1, £2 etc, the most I've ever won on a single bet/accumulator was £70 from a £2 stake a few years ago. Earlier this season I had a quid on a six or seven match accumulator at about 110/1 - they all came in except the 'banker' which was a draw.

Yeah I've started looking at overpriced teams at home.

Also going to start betting more on the underdogs away at the big clubs (Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1). Seems to be some value in that.

A good tip is never to go for accumulators, A complete and utter waste of time!
Odds look good for a reason, It's not going to happen and the worst part is.. People go on about how unlucky they were from a huge win as 1 result messed them up.. That's exactly what happens to nearly everyone so I tend to try and avoid them... I also tend to avoid 1st goal scorers unless It's Messi or Ronaldo.

A good strategy is looking at the team's previous results and the team they are playing and possibly go down the under 2.5 goals market... There is no winning strategy as it's mainly about luck and not being ultra-stupid.

I layed £43 on Madrid to win tonight at half-time at odds of 8/15 and now I've won £65.93 which is a healthy £23 for 1 night's work.

Accumulators can be profitable if you don't just aim to get huge odds. Last season I had quite a bit of success with European accumulators by simply backing Barcelona, Real, Bayern, Dortmund, Juventus, Celtic etc. The odds were never more than 10/1 or so, but those teams win almost every week.

If you take the time to look at form, home and away records and such you can put together some decent accumulators taking one or two games from the Championship and Leagues One and Two.

I won £300 on Spurs victory at Old Trafford last season. I bet we would win 3-2, £5 at 60-1. The last half hour was hell and Clint Dempsey got a free pass for all his other Spurs performances.

That was the first time I'd bet on anything in ages other than the Grand National.
