Yeah I got done on Moura scoring a header against Maccabi the other night. They linked me to the BBC and told me it came off his back and that all the traders agreed on that so no payout. I sent them four good links saying it was a header and they didn't reply. Someone told me it did come off his back but it still rankles.
Out of the blue, this morning I got an e-mail from Betvictor saying they've paid out as a gesture of goodwill.

Fair play to them

Whats the best bookmaker - for horse racing & dogs?

I use betfair alot but looking somewhere I can mix horses etc with other sports.

I was with William Hill but I didnt know they didnt pay first past the post, I got a big treble up there now, horse, nadal (tennis) and Ulster (rugby), checked my account and settled as a loser as horse was demoted to second, didnt know any bookmaker that didnt pay first past the post to now, fuming is an understatement!

I think on here, we've got people with accounts all over the place so you're going to get a few suggestions. I mainly use Skybet and am happy enough with them, they do some decent offers and bet boosts too.

Wasn’t sure what thread to put this is so settled on here-

Aguero one shot on target boosted from 1/8 to evens-maximum £10 but that has to be worth it doesn’t it???

Edit-Sky bet btw

I think so. That 1/8 base price is absolutely ridiculous though. I'd put the genuine odds at about 1/2 based on city's current form. Evs still very good value though.

I’ve taken this but they had the same a few weeks ago for Vardy to get one on-target and got 0 at home to West Ham ?

They generally have quite a few of these that come in, so I take them more often than not

Yeah i've done it as well.

Incidentally, they have another promotion which they've been doing quite often lately, bet £5 'in play' and get a £5 free bet. They say to use in the second half but actually, you can use it any time you like. This time around it's the United game which kicks off at 5.30pm

NOTE: If you try to take advantage of this offer make sure you do so via the 'opt in' page! You get to that by clicking on the offer in the banner at the top of the Skybet home page.

Every time I've done that I've had a couple of free bets in the bank and wondered how the hell I was supposed to know which one was for the second half bet. Good to know that it can be used anytime, cheers!

That's the last time I do one of them bets. Twice on the trot it's fucked me over, sod that. They can boost from 1/100 to whatever they like they can poke it, i'm not being tempted again :D

Are there any bookmakers that will take an each way lucky15 bet on Spurs to win League, FA cup, Carling Cup and UEFA Cup?

Guys I wonder if anyone can answer this query, I placed a bet on sky bet today for the next permanent spurs manager and at the top of the bet it has the date of 31st May 2021 along with a time of 23:00 what does this relate to ? Does the new guy have to be installed by this date?

What are the terms for that bet? There should be a little "i" somewhere with the details, exceptions, etc.

These seem to be the only terms:

You're betting on: who will be appointed the next permanent manager of a club/country
  • Others available on request
  • Every effort will be made to quote all potential new managers for the market, but should a manager not quoted be appointed, all bets will stand.
  • Caretaker and interim managers will not count unless they complete at least 10 competitive games for club managers and 4 games for international managers and they will then be deemed the permanent manager.
  • Should a club appoint a director of football this will not count in the settlement of permanent manager markets.
  • In the event that a club change the structure of their management team and do not call the appointed individual first team manager, Sky Bet will settle the market on the individual who is responsible for selecting the first team. In the event of any ambiguity over the appointment, Sky Bet may determine using its reasonable discretion how to settle the market based on all the information available to it at the relevant time.

It just says bet placed in accordance with market rules, read said rules but no mention of the date/time thing.

Sky bet seem to have dates attached to a lot of their 'Specials' bet , i.e.there's a bet for rashford/England in euros and it's dates 14th July, I wonder if it's the earliest they'll pay out on a winner ?
