Was hoping somebody could help me. I know he has represented Cameroon in the past but does he still get in the squad?

The reason I ask is that this season is the African Cup of Nations and I would imagine Cameroon will be one of the favourites and go quite far in the tournament. If Bale does get loaned out as was rumoured a little while ago that would leave us without a left back for the best part of a month.

BAE has been playing for Cameroon recently so he'll probably be in their squad for the ACN. On top of that Bassong has chosen to play for Cameroon instead of France, he can also play LB so we'll be without Bassong and BAE for the ACN. So we are relying on Bale, so i doubt he'll get loaned out unless we loan him out to a top-flight club until the new year.

BAE only got the call up for his debut part way through last season I think. A just reward for what was a brilliant season for him. He's been a mainstay in the squad ever since.
