PB and NR can't ask more than that.

And she has an infectious smile, Love a bit of Dina.

Also i don't think SAF is doing the 200 so still chance for a gold. (y)
Yeah 200 Gold is hers to lose now.
Thats GBs first ever female medal in the womens 100m so thats some achievement on its own.

Katarina Johnson-Thompson had a good start in the hurdles.
Looking fit as ever as well.

Dina deserved that.

Good to see Kat To-Jo leading the heptathlon overnight...2 PBs as well.
Theres something irritating about the Belgian bird, really hope KTJ gets gold there.

Hopefully this will propel DAS into the big time. She should be all over the back pages tomorrow. Incredible athlete

Bloody hell looks like KTJ is closing in on gold.
She's smashed her weakest events, the shot and the javelin.
She should be taking a lead into the 800m meters and the Belgian bird has just bottled it and quit.

She looked absolutely exhausted at the end. She didn't even seem to have the energy to celebrate.

Unbelievable interview by Sifan Hassan. Not suspicious at all.

Christ that marathon fella is incredible.
Running at 13mph for 26 miles, and he was practically sprinting the last bit.
I get a bit knackered driving for 26 miles.

Mo Farah's accusing the media of racism when they ask him about Salazar: "There’s a clear agenda to this, I’ve seen it many times. I’ve seen it with Raheem Sterling. I’ve seen it with Lewis Hamilton. I can’t win whatever I do.”

Piss off. Asking Mo Farah about his now banned for doping coach is nothing like the abuse Sterling has received. Lost a lot of respect for Mo now that he's playing the race card to avoid answering difficult questions.

He hasn’t won anything in ages mate. He’s just an Arsenal fan now.

Used to be really into Athletics but barely follow it at all these days. Just seen few clips from British championship and barely anyone there quite sad really. Feels like a sport really in the doldrums in this country. They really didn’t build on momentum from Olympics.

Same here . Athletics used to be my "summer sport" but only really get into it for the Olympics or World Championships nowadays. We have produced so many incredible athletes, I've always felt they should get more recognition.

Only so many times I can tell my wife I only like Dina Asher Smith for her sprinting skills though ?

World athletics champs started - anyone watching?

Seems odd for the stadium to be so empty. Big into their athletics in that part of the world.
