Well those days off hasn't change much.
We look poor.
We lack ideas.
No teamwork.
Totally agree would help if we actually passed to each other. Too many players out of form. Starting every game to defensive and inviting peessure on us. But i have faith COYS!

I can understand one or two having a bad including Toby - lack of sleep? But for nearly all our players to be so poor is inexcusable. Where is the mental strength and leadership?

Bergwijn already looks like one of our better players.
Actually did not think he was good. He looks like he's young and adjusting. A few times I wish he had looked up etc. But I like what he's trying to do... And the other fwds have been poor (honorable mention for moura effort)

not impressed.

Alot of players need to step up. Aurier, davis, dier, winks.

I know we are resting players for CL but three points today is so important.

Agree, we've got to many head down individualistic players in the lineup Moura, Son and Dele who just want to do it all themselves and don't want to pass! We need more providers and creators in this lineup.

tbf Dele’s passing is usually so bad I’m glad he doesn’t.

Swap Dele for Grealish and we’d be 4-1 up.

Hate saying it, but he’s a much better footballer than Dele is.

I think they are different. Dele is the one that tries the extravagant and when it comes off is great but when it doesn’t he looks rubbish. But without him trying that we lose creativity- love Grealish to be in same team. Dier and Aurier just make me nervous

This is knee-jerk nonsense.

I’m sorry but it’s not. He has made too many mistakes and does not command the box. I don’t normally post rubbish like that. He stays on the line too much and makes too many mistakes. I agree it sounds reactionary but I stand by it. Paolo always gathers well but it not the most athletic for the flying saves. I prefer him in goal

Another game where were struggling to beat a poor team ? honestly can't wait for this season to be over

It’s an away team against a team fighting their life. Yes, our defending has been poor, but we are winning. We don’t have a divine right to coast through these type of games.

He does the simple stuff so much better. Dele is capable of the truly sublime but fucks up constantly by playing as if the simple stuff is beneath him.

You could honestly make an hour long compilation of Alli trying to nutmeg players in a promising position mid-way inside the opposition half only to play it off their legs and give the ball away.

It’s got to the point where I expect nothing of him in promising positions these days. His basic skills are so average. Shame, because I used to think the opposite when he was in and around the action.
His finishing today has been awful

Front 4 have been a lot better today especially Alli and Bergwijn.

As long as Lucas keeps helping out Aurier down our right we'll wrap this up.

Dele has actually played well... yeah he has fucked up his chances but he is connecting our front three and the link between our non creative midfield and our headless chicken forwards

Maybe it's too early to say but there's signs Toby is going the same way as Vertonghen. He looks to have a lost a bit physically, very noticeable when Grealish skinned him and he's not the speediest bloke i've ever seen.
