Jesus they truly are looking fucked.

So much money wasted on Ozil's wages, 2 top strikers for 1 position, Xhaka, Mustafi, (maybe) Pepe, and a slew of other mediocrity. When you're a team in their position you really need to get those signings right. If they lose PEA this summer they really are at risk of slipping into the bottom half for a few seasons.

Of all of their youngsters Saka looks the biggest talent. If they can't even get him to sign a new deal then they really are in trouble.

Their one big hope seems to be Saliba coming back (who to be fair does look very good)...but he's a 19 year old CB...

I'm starting to think they're at risk of relegation in the next few seasons.

Put everything else to one side; they've got an owner who isn't focused on footballing matters and a massive rebuild to do. You can't plod along in a league as competitive as the PL.

It's happened to Leeds, Villa, Newcastle, West Ham and probably a few others. Clubs that should not be getting relegated, but have been poorly run by the senior management.

You look at Arsenal and it's an organisation that screams malaise.

I would love it to happen but they are the jammiest club on the planet. they'll come up smelling of roses somehow unfortunately.

Well if they lose PAE, Lacazette and Saka and dont replace them well I suppose it's a genuine possibility.

They have a real lack of character and leadership, a terrible defence and a young squad/manager. It's only their quality front line and Leno that's keeping them (barely) in the top half - if they lose that they could well get caught in the relegation scrap.

They're not going to get relegated lol, even if they were in serious trouble they have a load of cash reserves sitting in the bank that can bail them out.

He's yet to sign a contract. I wouldn't be surprised if he's been tapped up by Chelsea or someone else.

Nothing to do with their resources and all to do with their senior management

Get real, of course they won't be relegated. They've restarted terribly, but before the break they were on a good run, and nearly overtook us. They still have some very good players, even if some of them aren't performing.

Not all badly managed clubs get relegated mate, especially clubs with money. If they are in serious trouble you think Kronke is gonna stand back and let one of his assets take such a financial hit like that?, Arsenal have money if they want to spend it - it's the ambition of the board that needs to be questioned if anything.

Yeah, my dream of clubs finally getting what's coming to them have been destroyed by Chelsea getting a transfer ban that actually helped the club come out of the Coronavirus crisis better than any other. If Chelsea could come out of that smelling of roses, I have no hope that Arsenal won't do the same before too long because Karma clearly doesn't exist in football.

It won't matter if they do get relegated; they'll just be voted back in.
