... I totally forgot they signed Tierney. He's been so injury plagued and what not. No wonder why none of the other 'big boys' took a punt on him.

And now signing an injured Cedric for £5mil when he would have been free in the summer? They're such an odd club.

And for all the talk of 'Yeah, but they're attack is good'. Is it though? PEA is a good striker but doesn't seem to be able to do it on his own all the time (needs some service). Pepe is still a joke of a 70+ mil player. Like he's not bad but he's not that tier. Lacazette hasn't got the confidence. Martenelli is alright but just...

The old adage I think rings true with them. The table doesn't lie. They're a midtable team at the moment.

Actually can’t get over worst season in 107 years actually staggering. They need 7 wins from last 13 to avoid least amount of wins since 1912 ?

The amount negative energy arsenal fans put into Twitter is astounding. Swear they talk about us more than their own club

Shame they have drawn as many as they have. If they would have lost 5 of their 13 drawn (for example) they would be 1 pt above Brighton in 14th.

Basically they’re fucked without European football. Beautiful. Long may it continue.

Interesting, but they'll never be able to sell Ozil...he'll run his massive contract down

The biggest waste of money in PL history has to be arsenal paying 15m loan fee for Ceballos who cant get in the team and will never be a registered player for arsenal

Dont know about that. Andy Caroll to Liverpool takes some beating. Closely followed by Soldado lol.

Btw, I tell you a player that they really missed; Santi Corzola.

I think he was out for something like 2 years and then quietly slipped out of the club.

It was yet another really good player who left the club for nothing.

Plus when he was playing, I think he was their most crucial player in terms of possession, creativity, etc.

Didn’t he have a flesh eating virus that meant he was lucky to walk again yet alone play football again?

I'll give Arse a pass on Cazorla as absolutely nobody, from the club doctors, to the various specialists he was sent to, to the Spain national team doctors, thought he was going to have even a shot at coming back into professional football. The guy nearly had to have his foot amputated!

That Villarreal chose to take a punt on him and that he's actually succeeded is nothing less than a miracle.

Oh it was absolutely not Arsenal's fault for letting the poor guy go

Just thought it was interesting to highlight another player in their demise...one that often gets overlooked
