Oh shit...

I agree on the concerning parallels but it’s down to the owners at the end of the day. The appointment of Mourinho (rather than Howe for example) told me all I needed to know about the direction the current owners want the club to go in the short term. I think it’s why new owners now could be a very dangerous thing for us. They’d only be coming in to make money off the back of the stadium and they’d have no money to spend on players because they’d of just paid 3 billion quid for the club!

Surely that depends on how much money they have?

So AFTV thought it'd be good to introduce their own merchandise.....

Look at the comments! ha ha ?

I starting to think Robbie is one of us - it’s the ultimate trolling of their fan base and some of them still lap it up

I mean it's that or he shits himself so......

It might be because I don't want to believe it, but Poch going to the gooners just doesn't add up for me. Perhaps he's that pissed with Levy that he will take them on, but he was sacked by Espanyol and still holds that he could never manage Barca.

Besides that, it would be almost a frying pan and fire situation. They are in a mess right now both on and off the pitch. He will suffer from the same financial restrictions there as he had at Tottenham and won't deliver anything for a couple of years. Their fans won't like that. Right now they are all happy to say they are (happy with a project), but 6 months ago he was still a second rate manager who had never won anything according to more than a few of them. If things haven't skyrocketed by the 18 month mark they will turn on him.

Arsenal have City, Chelsea, Man utd and Everton in their next 5 (the fifth is Bournemoth away). Could be a grim christmas for that lot.
