Well, the have the same name, and the airline is owned by the government. The British government aren't still colonizing and taking slaves, are they? But by all means, defend them all you want... :p

You make a good point. I also cut up my American Express card when they invaded Iraq.

They're an odd side. At times they look brilliant but they're always prone to drop a gigantic bollock, just like today, and its hard to see why. On their day can beat most teams but lack the consistency to make much impression on the title race.

IMO they lack the mentality needed to compete for the league all over the pitch apart from Sanchez. Maybe Cazorla and on the odd occasion he's fit Rosicky too, but not enough to drive the entire team.

Rosicky would be class IF he laid off the Class A's

Did anyone hear that stat on football weekly that apparently Cech has already lost more home games under Wenger than he did under Mourinho. That can't be true can it?

I think it's a PL only stat. I don't think Mourinho lost a home PL game for Chelsea in his first spell at the club, and he's barely lost any at home in his second. I'm sure the only time he's lost at home in the PL with Chelsea was while Courtois has been in goal.

I think that game against Sunderland (2014, where they had a late goal disallowed from memory) was the first home game Mourinho has lost in the league at Stamford Bridge.

I was watching the game at the weekend and every time Wenger was shown on the TV my son would shout out, "Its the doctor!". Apparently he thinks Wenger is Dr Who.

I think if Wenger doesn't get the upcoming summer transfer window right they will be in a sticky situation next season. This is considering that Cech, Koscielney, Mertesacker, Rosicky, Cazorla, Monreal, Flamini, Arteta, Debuchy, Giroud etc will be 30 and above and some wouldn't be able to handle the intensity physically or mentally imo. I think next year will be a major chance to overtake them.
