weird you say that as my memory of Walcott was that of a jumped up little git who loved giving it to us fans.
Yeah the two nil finger thing, bit of banter with the fans, as a pundit think he comes across well and generally been complimentary about us.

If anyone remembers Jay Emmanuel-Thomas from youth football.

I'm not exactly a drugs kingpin myself, but why even bother trying to get weed through an airport? Surely there is no profit in that? It's all risk.
Maybe he owes money to some rough types who made him do it?

Scezny, Ozil, Podolski, Henry for me, fuck it most of their ex players are twats. Wrighty and Walcott seem decent lads though.
Yeah I hate them too (and wilshere) because they used to give it but I think that’s a pretty normal thing to do to a rival set of fans so it’s kind of acceptable. Keown was obviously unlikeable as a player but his punditry is just pathetic and has taken the hatred up a notch. Henry is an awful pundit too, as well as being arrogant, but on the whole he’s just not as unlikeable as Keown.

I have a reasonably irrational dislike of Walcott too and I don’t like seeing him on Sky. He’s not Arsenal but Joe Cole has gone right up my hate list for his comments to Hoddle about Spurs on BT a few months back. Absolutely no reason to say that at all so he’s overtaken Walcott and jumped into number 2 position on my shit list. Congrats Joe. (Can’t remember exact comments but something like they haven’t won much but behave and act like a club that has - to Hoddle’s face. Unnecessary).

Fuck Arsenal and fuck Joe Cole. And Walcott. And dunderhead.

I actually think Keown is my most hated Arsenal player of all time.

I used to hate Wright when he played for them but more in a pantomime style. I like him nowadays (expect when he’s weirdly moaning about Halaand). Henry is arrogant on and off the field but I legit hate Keown and his attempts to be posh and brainy, the ugly monkey balding ****. I hate him even more now than I did when he played and that’s saying something. Puts 11 Arsenal players in a combined Spurs Arsenal team when we finished higher than them - and he wants to be taken seriously as a pundit.

He’s a cretinous baboon-esque dunderhead who needs to shave off the remaining 7 pubes on his scalp and back the fuck away from tv and radio.

A quick google search on his hair reveals the dunderhead he is:

Le Tissier was saying that Keown was the worst to play against because he was genuinely nasty with his antics. Said other defenders would clatter him or get in his head but always pick him up or joke/be friendly after the game or knew where the line was.

Keown would be a twat on the pitch and off it.

I still piss myself laughing when I recall he thought eyeing up Fergie was some sort of win in his mind wars.

Fergie was probably thinking "what's that? A half evolved chimp?"

What did Cole say?

Really? Always think he comes across as an overconfident banter boy knobhead when he's on TV.
Anytime ive seen him think he comes across well....that said not seen him on in a while, he may have become cocky since they've improved recently, if that's the case I shall re-evaluate my opinion lol

I think I might hate Walcott the most. And the rest of them
I think I had an issue with Walcott because the FA seemed to force him into the world cup squad (or was it the euro's?) when he clearly wasn't ready to be playing at that level. A certain Aaron Lennon was the only bright spot to come out of the final game of the tournament and had we had another striker on the bench we might have scraped a result. Instead Walcott came along for the experience and added nothing to the squad.

World Cup 2006. Bent and Defoe had both had good seasons and scored a lot of goals, everybody thought the last attacking spot would go to one of those two but both were omitted from the final squad for a 16 year old Theo fucking Walcott.

Utter madness then and now.

All Arsenal fans have to do is choose to not take the bait and not respond but they can't help themselves. Obviously away at Man City is a different proposition to at home against Qarabag (although they're both the best teams in their respective countries... ). It's ridiculous to compare the 2 to the point that responding to it makes them look sooo defensive, like they know they should've been more offensive and are embarrassed about how they're being talked about. Never mind City's... if there's a fanbase that's "rattled" it's Arsenal's.

That's not exactly Walcott's fault though is it? That's on the manager and FA for selecting him.

Imagine blaming a kid for something he was picked for. Hate him for his "banter" while at Arsenal or as an Arsenal player. But to start that process when he is 16 and someone else picks him for England? That's a bit weird to me. Like fans booing a player who was legitimately fouled and hurt.
