Jesus christ can Sissoko do ANYTHING else than run? He's basically a long-distance runner with muscles. There's about 3% football in him. Would not even have a sniff at the bench for Man City. Sanchez as erratic as always, looks like he's absolutely bricking it by just having the ball at his feet. Honestly think we should cut our losses with him, I am sure we can easily still get 30-35M for him next summer.

What a mental game. I should be disappointed that we let a two goal lead slip, but really I’m just relieved. Defeat would have precipitated a full blown crisis.

Objectively it was a superb Derby. Breathless, end to end, see-sawing.

I couldn't enjoy it a bit. But neutrals had a ball I imagine.

Atkinson was so, so poor.

Would have taken a draw before the game but not after being two up yet again.

Taking Son off...I’m still in a state of shock. By a mile our most dangerous player
Absolutely agree.

Atkinson should have surely booked Xhaka for the penalty and should have sent him off for the 700 fouls he made in the game.

Son should never have been sacrificed.

Sanchez is a fucking clown at right back.

Lo Celso looked sharp in his cameo.

Sissoko needs to be put on shooting duties.

Meh.

Will happily take a draw after that. Alli over Lucas was the wrong sub. They will be a lot more frustrated with that than us. We have to improve though.

That was there for the taking but, once again, Pochettinos big game experiment in Sanchez failed miserably, and, once again, we weren't clinical enough.

Thought Rose, Sanchez, Sissoko and Kane were poor. Getting a bit fed up of Kane trying harder to win fouls than actually be productive and his movement was shite.

We got a little glimpse of some very decent interplay in the last ten minutes between Lo Celso, Eriksen and Alli.
Really looking forward to having more of Eriksen and Lo Celso on the same pitch at the same time, they both look like they're cleverer footballers than everyone else in our squad by some distance.

Time to drop Sissoko now. Just not good enough. The powerful runs are just masking how bad he is at playing in a team.
It won't be long until he makes way surely. Eriksen is staying and the uncertainty is over, GLC is gradually getting on the pitch more and Ndombele will be back from injury.

I don't think he should be anything but a useful utility player in cup games and on the bench.

Sanchez/Rose but absolutely braindead all game. Important season for both of them. Both a big worry.

Like the look of lo celso - was able to keep the ball, create space and find a pass when needed. He helped ease the pressure.

I seriously don't know why some pick on sissoko. He's not great but today he worked hard.
Lots of run but just no finish...
