Let’s hope that he never put Djed Spence into his phone contacts

V good against Boro last night.
Very much in the Declan Rice mould.
Can’t see Leeds letting him go unfortunately especially if they are promoted.

Surely only moves if they don't get promoted.
I think you’re probably right, the same for Summerville one would think . That 4-0 loss to QPR last night could turn out be very costly for them. Their last game of the season is against Southampton and Ipswich have two games in hand over them and are only one point behind. Very good chance they will be in the playoffs.

Really hope Leeds dont go up and we go all out for Gray. As someone said in the Gallagher thread he can play RB and DM so perfect foil for Porro and push Bissouma. Plus has a much higher ceiling than Gallagher

If he can play DM at this level it’s a no brainer for me. Kid looks special and we have Bergvaal who looks like prime cross breed of Xavi and Inesta so could be all sorted in the MF department.

This is City’s best ITK.

Even with Leeds getting promoted, I could definitely envision the potential of them viewing selling Archie Gray and replacing him with Kalvin Phillips as a much better opportunity for them at staying up.

Not if they envisage having Gray deployed at RB though.

Also the fee Leeds will look to command for Gray once promoted will be North of £50m you feel.

Watched the game last night and my word Gray is an unbelievable player. Still raw but so intelligent and composed - would personally be my top shout for a new #6, even if he costs 50m. Think he'll be touted as highly as Rice in a couple of years and I'm still gutted about missing out on Wharton, who's taken to the PL like a duck to water.

He has everything needed to be a mainstay in our side and fills a massive need for us at both 6 and cover for Porro.

Adds to the HG quota and compliant for HG club trained for UEFA.

Ticks so many boxes that it's a no brainer for me as an investment to our present and future.

I agree - he should be one of our top targets in the summer.

So far the future TW hasn't been looking promising. We want the players which are hardly attainable from financial pow.

I would put the 50M, which would be incentivised. The thing is, will the club. We are certainly keen on him
What I want most from this window is him and Doué. I’d also love Hato but i know he will probably got to Arsenal. In fantasy land those three would be incredible additions. all three look like superstars in the making.
