Mata is criminally underrated, he'd be quality for us and a great Eriksen backup.
Oh I think he’s an excellent player but he’s 30 and will be on massive wages. Doesn’t make sense, espechially as a back up, which I’m sure he wouldn’t be happy with.

Eh, him Kane and Son up top, dele, Eriksen and dier/wanyama in a 4-3-3.

An unbalanced front line in my opinion, where neither Son nor Martial have done well when played from the right.
I'd have Lucas or Lamela in that team. And it's still debatable whether Dele Alli will be as good from a deeper midfield.

I think Son can do plenty well off the right, better off the left of course but still would be a great front 3.

What games has he played exclusively on the right that were so bad?

More or less every time he's played on the right, I don't remember individual games like that, but it's every time. It's a known factor, also repeatedly mentioned by korean followers of him.

And United fans say the same about Martial, it's a big reason why his status dropped there as well, only getting game time on the right.

So Maureen’s card is firmly marked by Man United. No buys any longer for the sake of it. He has to work with what he’s got. And I suspect United regret extending his contract.

A couple reports out there that ManU are going to offer him a new 5 year deal in hopes he will just outlast Mourinho. Think thats a no brainer at this point but just interesting whether or not he'll just want to rid himself of the whole situation.

Seems obvious Maureen is on borrowed time.

Id like to see Martial say to united go fuck themselves, regardless whos going to be there. If he wants a fresh challenge somewhere else United isn't the place to be.

Agree with this. I dont see why he should be in any rush to sign a new contract and if he does sign then more fool him if he spends the next 2 yrs+ out of the side.

Be a strange one if he signed a new deal. He must be thinking that he needs a move. He is a very talented footballer who is letting that go to waste at Man Utd. Even if we werent in for him I just dont like to see talent go to waste. The lad needs to be playing football week in week out.

But that's a debate for another thread.....

He's crazy if he signs. If/when Jose goes there is no guarantee he will get on with the next manager.
That's true although it does often seem like the incoming manager makes a point of giving a previously shunned or underused player (s) an opportunity.

Saying that, I am making an assumption that Jose will be leaving and there is no guarantee that will happen.

If he had has been shown around our ground, then there is clear intent on him looking elsewhere. What is the point in him signing on for another year, when he is looking at the chance on playing.
If he playing more regularly he would have a world cup medal in his belonging.

Whether Mourinho stays or goes, Man Utd still have Alexis Sanchez stealing £350,000 a week in wages and United's golden boy Marcus Rashford competing for the same positions as Martial plays. He's never going to be first choice week in, week out while those two are there. I'm sure of it.
