Ange Postecoglou provides Lucas Bergvall injury update after fresh Spurs blow

Midfielder picked up ankle injury training and missed Europa League semi-final win. Ange Postecoglou says it is "too early" to determine to extent of Lucas Bergvall's ankle injury, which kept him out of Tottenham's 3-1 win over Bodo/Glimt on Thursday night.

Bergvall watched from the sidelines on crutches and wearing a protective boot on his right ankle as Spurs beat the Norwegians in their Europa League semi-final first leg in north London.
