Ange Postecoglou pleased with Lucas Bergvall after watching him in Tottenham training

Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou seems delighted to have finally welcomed Lucas Bergvall to the club after a five-month wait.

Postecoglou said: “He’s been champing at the bit to get over here. He’s come in and looked really good in training.

“I’m pleased to have him as part of the group. We knew that he would have a great deal to offer, he’s a great young player, but he also has a real good appetite for work and wanting to improve.”

There must be a real hunger atm, LB, AG, Moore, Phillips, Devine, all training and wanting to play.

I remember last season hearing the same about Sarr who had an immediate impact for us.

No idea how far in his development Bergvall is to play for us in the Prem but the signs are positive.
