And from the inside, via the documentary - that’s confirmed. Levy and Hitchin bumbling around like the Chuckle Brothers behind the scenes
I agree. If I was Jose having Levy millin around the bloody cafeteria thst would do my bloody head in.

I think Daniel is Diversifying into 'Data Analytics' to generate extra income by swotting up all info on strikers then selling that analysed info on

Finally a striker we´re linked to that I know.

To judge Alex Sørloth as a player after his spell at a deeply dysfunctional Palace where Benteke(!) was the expensive "superstar" and where a young kid that came for peanuts from the Danish league to challenge was never given a proper chance ... well, it´s simply ignorant and bordering on outright arrogant.

This is why I mostly read and not comment in the threads for players like Daka, Vinicius, Diallo, etc.: I don´t know much about them, have hardly seen them play. And I don´t know the leagues intimately (anymore - I used to follow most leagues across Europe rigorously). So this thread is an extreme eye opener to me on how little the average SC user actually knows about football outside Spurs and the PL. Because these comments in here are obviously made by people who knows bugger all. And that makes me think that this would then also be the case in the other threads as well.

Compared to the quality of leagues, the stats over time, I would say that Sørloth is on the same level as Daka, Diallo and Vinicius. Maybe over, maybe under - but comparable and to some extent similar, or in that area. The thing that really is "strange", is that all these strikers and forwards are so totally different in what they bring! Some rely only on speed, some are more link up players, others again a fox in the box. As several have commented: is there really a plan? Other than bring in a body?

There is literally one link to him and probably he isn't even in top5 our options

I didn't say we'd signed him, I (implicitly) said if we did it would be another signing not at the quality retired for a serious top 4/6 team, which I think a lot of posters would probably agree with.

Keep signing mid-table players and eventually you become a mid-table team.

Well said.

Davies, Dier, PEH, Winks, Sissoko, Lucas, Alli all bang avarage and regular starters so guess we're almost there now..

If we hadn't lucked out with Kane I wonder where we'd be now. ?
