His value will certainly have shot up in the last couple of months. If we'd sold him in January we'd most likely have got £5-7m for him. Now we should expect at least £10m.

I dunno about quite that much given his age and the fact he's very limited to one position (and of course because there's no guarantee he's not having a bit of a purple patch), but I do think it'll go up somewhat, and importantly he may now have prompted more suitors -> more bids -> fee goes up anyway.

Everton fans are saying Mirellas plus £5m for Lennon

Levy will be pleased. I'm not so sure that will be the case though.

A straight swap actually isn't a bad deal for either party. Better for us, for sure, but not bad for Everton either.

Swapping Lennon for Mirallas seems to suit all parties, not sure who this Mirellas fella is though ;)

Amazed at the prices being given here. He's entering his so called prime age, he's English, he's way out performing Miralles a player many here would happily pay £20 million for and yet you are happy to sell for £8 million, £2 million less than what Ross McCormack went for last summer? Glad you guys ain't in charge of our player sales.

My opinion (and most) is just based around the reported £6m sell on.

He would be a £20m player if Redknapp was still kicking about, I'm sure, but he isn't and therefore he isn't.
