Strange attitude, we have the squad to cope for all competitions and besides it's only 5 more matches over a 5 month span.

I don't think we do - we have a lot of injuries.

Liverpool and Chelsea both benefitted in the league from playing less cup games a season or so ago, so I just feel like it might be useful to be fresher

We currently have 2 players injured, that's less than any of our top 6 rivals

And if Liverpool benefited in the league from playing less cup games than what's Man City's or Chelsea's excuse last season?

We're not some pauper team anymore, we have the players, we have the investment - so being happy at binning this comp off just so that we play less matches in a season just smacks of a loser mentality.
