    I have a Season Ticket and find out 2 hours ago that for personal reasons I cannot go today. I contact the ticket office by phone to do the usual exchange method, but the ticket office was closed (only available 9 to 5.30, Monday to Friday). I can't give it to mate as that breaks the rules...
