It would be interesting to see what a ref says because I did see a few comments that it was the marking the pitch which would be considered an offence rather than moving the ball.
The problem with this comparison is that one is a football stadium the other is a ramshackle collection of scaffolding, with a leaky roof and a running track around the pitch. :)
I remember some talk of that but it would be a difficult sell from a PR perspective, would we really want to stand in the way of the taxpayer saving some money in todays climate? I could see us making some enquires about it and may look for some compensation but honestly it would be a bad look...
Could not help but notice the image came from ebay so I just had to check out what lunatic would sell an old ladbrokes pen for on there, £7.99 apparently and he has six of them. Some of his other gems are:
An old sprite can from 2011 (opened) for £9.99
An old Somerfield plastic bag (not a bag...
It is such a piss poor position for the taxypayer to be in and people involved should be held accountable, it was extremely clear from the outset that the amount being paid by West Ham was not market value and was insufficient for upkeep.
Brady thinks she got an amazing deal and she did, but...
Anyone know if he had these frequent issues before he joined us? Clearly we have had a lot of injuries lately and I am not suggesting there is an issue with training or staff but it is starting to get a bit worrying.
I do not understand the outrage for the red when you consider the Bissouma red, I do not think EITHER of them are really reds if common sense is applied but if Biss was a red because of strict interpretation of the rules then so is this. The consistency is totally fucked as mentioned above, with...
To be a pedant not a single "if" is included but the only real if type statement relates to Yates getting the ball or not. Being SUPER pedantic the foot was below the knee, although it is certainly far too high in any case.
The other points are the sorts of considerations that are normally...
This video shows it, slow it down to 0.25 speed and you can see Yates gets to it first and without the touch I reckon Bissouma gets the ball. Its a glancing clash to the knee as well, he isn't stamping his foot downwards, his foot is rising because he was trying to clear the ball. It also looks...
It is difficult though isn't it? We had to trim the squad and whilst Dier does not suit the system, there were no offers or at least reasonable ones on the table for him. Sanchez was a better fit but there was an offer on the table and Ange did not see him in his long term plans and so he let...
Cheeky ask to be honest, he was sold to them at a cheap price as it is. Understand their money problems, but don't really see it as our problem to solve.
Mistakes like this happen all the time, what about the time that Jan V was given offside in his own half? Or the mendes goal? Or when recently our goalkeeper was completely taken out and the offender was only given a yellow card?
What an absolute **** klopp is if he thinks a rematch is needed.
