Let's All Laugh At... Let's all laugh at Chelsea thread

Dembele was a total cheat code for Poch when he was at Spurs. We're getting pressed really high in our own third? Just pass to Dembele and he'll dribble past the press and get us out of trouble. Our attack is stagnating in the attacking third? Just pass to Dembele and he'll dribble past a...

I'm confused too. The Swedish league runs from March to November. Not sure how it makes sense for him to leave in the middle of their season when he can just leave them now.

In my opinion, he’s the new Kevin de Bruyne, and I’ve also heard that he has the same agent as Toby.

    Player Watch - Tanguy Ndombele

For me the struggle has been to keep from self-sabotaging myself anytime I get close to a significant success in life, which stems from a deeply held belief that I don't truly deserve to be successful or happy. He might have a little bit of that going on, too.

When tempted, no one should say, “Big Ange is tempting me.” For Big Ange cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each Spurs fan is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire for a world class midfielder and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives...

That's fair. If someone as close as you are to everything is surprised I guess that's saying something. Levy must have really out-Levyed himself.

How? The only thing surprising about this to me is that people are surprised by it. This is very on-brand for a Levy transfer window.

Why don't you think Maddison and Bentancur could play together as attacking 8s, one on each side?

I'm assuming you mean post Jose, and yes, I definitely expected this to be just as bad or worse than two years ago. How anyone could expect any different when Levy is running the show is beyond my comprehension.

We already had that opportunity! And that short, bald, incompetent fuck pissed it away. The best offense and best defense in the league in 16/17, and he responded by selling Kyle Walker to our direct competitor and refusing to buy a competent backup/replacement for Dembele.

From what I've read from Barca fans, I think the issue is that while he shows all the qualities you want to see in a top level defender, and goes for long stretches of time looking really good, he (almost inevitably) makes idiotic mistakes at terrible times. Kind of like their version of Aurier.
