    I don't know why, but I feel like the Prem/English FA will let Chelsea off with a slap on the wrist/no real punishment because of the money they bring in globally with their brand.     same here, this whole transfer just makes no sense, he literally just got there and got injured in preseason, would Madrid just instantly sell him? I guess with Mbappe most likely coming in they would need to raise every fund possible to make it work financially.
