    I agree with a lot of what you’ve said, and I do like Eze. The issue there though is that in reality, it feels like we’d be improving the squad, but not the first XI. He’d be directly competing with Maddison, or alternatively, we’d be playing one of them out of position to accommodate the other

    I'm not sure that's anything like a consensus is it? My feeling was that we would need (at least) this season to judge Brennan, and that in terms of incomings, it's likely only one wing we'd be looking at. That's only been reinforced in the last month or so. One quality winger is key though
