Madders 0 minutes against City and vice captain. I think he will start along with Sarr who was rested second half and is in form and Bissouma, with Deki on early second half for impact. Suspect Richi up front for Solanke given how much the latter ran himself into the ground.
You win a...
One's playing City away and one's playing Qarabag at home. But I'm sure we would've done the same vs City. That may not have ended well, but I'm glad we did it against Qarabag and were rewarded.
Yes he used the term quick fix but, from my listening, he didn't mean it in the way it's being interpreted here. A journo asked him if this result could be a turning point in the season and he said that one game doesn't make a difference, "there's no quick fix". But I think that was more to do...
Agree, with Odobert coming in allowing Kulu to play central as an upgrade on Lo Celso. Spence should be an upgrade on Emerson and while I think Hojberg sometimes brought a calm head last season when closing out games that we might now be missing, Bergval and Gray certainly have a higher ceiling...
Looking at the videos, there's no way he could've got from the pitch, up the packed stairs through the packed stand and into the melee to defend his family even if he wanted to, so I think calls of cowardice are way off the mark. If he really was worried about his family I can understand him...
I think it may also be that at the start of the season opponents had little knowledge of how we position ourselves and what movements and choices we make when playing through the press, but now they've had half a season to study and counter that. It seems like now there are more passes to...
He looks them directly in the eye while listening to their question and again once he's answered it, but not in between. I think it's just how he composes his thoughts while coming up with the answers, which are always ... sort of, kind of ...very considered and careful.
I think there is much more to their role than that. In this system the fullbacks support them by making underlapping runs, like when Peresic fed Udogie against Bournemouth which ultimately led to Kulu's goal. And they also feed the midfielders inside on the edge of the box, like Kulu fed Biss...
One thing that's clear to me from the first three games and the six goals we've scored in them is that this season we aren't going to be as reliant on the front three to score goals as we have been recently. Beteeen midfielders and even fullbacks arriving in the box and Maddison's set piece...
Maybe we want to loan him somewhere easier to manage. Like Spain where they speak the same lingo, are almost the same timezone and a short flight away if we need to interact with him or his manager
We were last season, but the season before we were ahead of both Arsenal and Newcastle. This season, who knows? Noone expected Arsenal and Newcastle to perform as they did.
Exactly
I don't think it's much different from the last time we got top four. I think the right manager could get our...
When I try to donate it asks for my country and when I say New Zealand it says donations to this recipient aren't permitted from this country. That's via Paypal or credit card. Any idea why that it is the case and is there any other way to donate?
I disagree. I think Kane is brilliant when he drops deep and has space to turn and play a pass. Occasionally he does something brilliant when under pressure, but generally under pressure he will lose the ball. Not as often as Son, who is hopeless receiving under pressure, but still a lot.
It's really obvious that some fans on here weren't following Spurs through the '90s, immediately before Levy took over. If they had they'd realise that, in terms of League position/qualifying for Europe and Champions League, Levy has been a huge success.
I'm not one who subscribes to the idea...
