Yeah blame AVB. Soldado played pretty much every game, it's not the managers fault that he cannot shoot, create a chance for himself, or even finish when it's laid on a plate by his teammates.
Don't feel too bad for the guy, he's now received two massive payoffs (from Chelsea and us). Personally though I did like the guy, this was probably just a step too far at this stage of his career. Wish him well for the future.
When I scanned through the list I didn't see Mourinho's name at first, because it's down as "Jose". That might also be why our beloved Klinsmann only has one vote!
AVB lost the dressing room at Chelsea, and I don't think that was really his fault. Got screwed over by big egos after he dropped them (Lampard, Drogba etc).

I don't get all the fuss over Guardiola. Frank Rijkaard won La Liga with Barcelona twice in succession, including a CL trophy, and I don't see anyone gushing over him. The whole setup at Barcelona was made for Guardiola - I doubt he's ever even had to lift the players after a poor run, because...
