It'll be Southgate when it happens. I personally think Ratcliffe will put it off as long as he can. They may well win another trophy come the end of the season, and that's good enough for him.
Last night it looked like he'd watched back the misses against Man Utd, and thought "I should have just taken it left and rounded the keeper" and he's deliberately tried to do that. A case of overthinking rather than trusting instinct.
Honestly, the lad works hard, has the right attitude and is really effective from the wing. Poor guy just can't hit a barn door. Surely just take him to one side and have him do shooting drills all week.
