I still can’t believe we went from literally the most boring side I’ve ever seen away to Bournemouth last season to a few months later scoring goals for fun.

I was so wrong about Mourinho which is very strange because I’m right about everything else ?
Obviously tounge in cheek I’m wrong about most things sheesh

Being wrong is fine, and fair play for admitting it.
I did think that calling me out for being a Jose 'bootlicker' for daring to suggest that we should give him a bit of time before writing him off when we were playing crap was a bit daft though.

Im still keeping my powder dry for now, but there will be some fully deserved necroquoting if we win a trophy though.

You'd lick his boots if you met him though wouldn't you.

OK we all accept that we need to cut out the defensive errors but look at the facts....only Arsenal and Villa have conceded fewer goals than us this season.

That's interesting, for all the talk of our defence I didn't realise that. And it should be 2 goals less as the 2 penalties against saints and Newcastle definitely shouldn't have stood. Even so, let's see where we are after our game today.

Yeah but now if you are wrong about most things, then you are wrong about saying it was tongue in cheek which in fact means that you were right in the first instance in saying that you were right about everything else! :woot:

Now, that's me done for Monday, gonna go and have a lie down!

So clever with everything he says. Praises the ref by saying he didn't need to give a red card to Barnes (clearly thought it was a red card) whilst also praising them with keeping up with the ball (indirect dig to Burnley's terrible long ball tactics).

He's a clever little fucker is our Jose. Tough watch tonight and he called it before the game. I thought Dier was brilliant tonight against Wood, he was dominant!

Jose's decision making is of the highest order. The team selection, timing of subs and in game knowledge is top-class. His team is properly taking shape. If he gets Bale firing and a settled, well organised defence then things will take care of themselves this season.

Now that was a proper Jose smash and grab 1-0 away win dogged and you could say ‘lucky’ as Burnley really deserved to win but at the end of the day we’ve come away with the 3pts.

I remember sometimes watching Chelsea under Jose and thinking how have they won that match but during the match even when they weren’t playing well they just had this sense of Inevitably because of the Jose Factor. He’s the closest thing to fergie factor, it’s just an aura. Long Long way to But if West Ham and Newcastle dropped points aren’t the results of a team who won’t be top 4 or challenging for the title, that 1-0 away win tonight most certainly was a performance of a team that can finish top 4 or something better.

Love his squad selections, love his post match pressers, so clever, love the win.

Spot on 1,000%!

It’s funny isn’t it that a manager who’s won over 20 major trophies, 2 CL’s, titles in all of the major football leagues actually has good squad management, in-game decisions, understands the ingredients needed to win etc funny that isn’t it!

Jose is on a mission to prove those who wrote him off, long way to go obviously but with the squad we have a Jose seeking to prove a point is a very dangerous Jose. This season could be huge for us.

Its the first Time I’ve really ever looked at the club and thought you know what we are A big swinging dick machine of a club now. Stadium, training ground, squad depth quality and experience the like of which we’ve never seen and to top it off the serial winner world class manager in Jose Mouriniho.

Buzzing.
