I said to the wife (United fan) at 3-0 we need another, and was told to wise up..... Now she understands. That Bale miss will haunt me ffs.

Sanchez, Sanchez, Sanchez.....You're turning into quite the big money let down. I'm a patient man, but you should not be a starting CB for this team.

Has he actually got any better since his arrival?

Fuck, has he got worse in some way perhaps?

He looks mentally weak to me.

honestly, the midfield was crap most of the game. even our goals were fast break rather than sustained pressure.
I thought Ndombele was great and Hojbjerg was fine in the first half. We never really had full control, though, and I think we need Lo Celso in for Sissoko for that to happen.

Sanchez, Sissoko and Aurier aren’t really good enough for the level we want to play at.

Winks doesn’t seem to offer any protection for the defence.

Why didn’t winks just smash the ball the pitch up?!
Winks is a defensive nightmare, he hasn’t got a clue how to defend, Roy Keane said against Utd last season he just doesn’t see any danger, to play the ball across the area and not put your foot through the ball is ridiculous.

The reaction of our players after their first goal was scary. They looked like they’d just conceded the third and not a consolation. West Ham smelled blood. .

Ok, after contacting Leeds Supporters Club they told me to fuk right off and even laughed at me.

Guess I'm back on board for LASK Thursday night, the suffering never ends

It is not solely down to Winks, he didn't make the mistakes, but him and Sissoko do not work in CM together. Lost all control.

Sloppy in defence on their first 2 goals.

And ffs just kill the game off. We had chances for number 4!

Winks comes on and we lose control of the midfield.

Coincidence?

He has no place at this level as far as I'm concerned.
That said, we came off the gas when we should have buried them before he came on.

Potential title challengers just don't do that.
Potential title challengers don't include players like Winks in the match day sqaud, let alone bringing him into the game. I'm done with him.

I am sick of Sanchez costing us every week. Sick of it. Stop protecting him. Gave away a stupid penalty v United. Own goal and shaky all day today.

How many times are we going to see it? Hes absolutely shit

That result was dreadful, 82 minutes played and 3 up. Its honestly unacceptable.

Jose needs to really make some big calls after this result. Certain players need to be dropped. We should have put the game to bed, but to concede like that is dreadful.

Whilst the subs killed of momentum at 3-0 up you cannot blame Jose for wanting to rest Tanguy and Son.

Quite frankly you should be able to take 2 of your better players off when 3-0 with 10 mins to go. It was just pathetic from the usual suspects.

midfield lost control after Winks came on for Ndombele, it actually reminded me of Everton again. Don’t think he can play alongside Sissoko.

Sanchez just doesn’t seem comfortable on the left side of the defense. Also those late Aurier fouls always kill me. Rough to watch.
winks sissoko sanchez aurier not good enough for a top-4 side

Our defence will always let us down, this season won’t change, we’ll achieve nothing until we sign a commanding centre back

The error I think is that we have too long spells in every game in which we don’t chase goals. These too long switch off periods are too frequent and too passive.
