Pretty tough to do considering the amount of rotation we're seeing atm. I'll go something like this, but I honestly have no idea. I really don't like the Sanchez-Dier combo, so I've gone for Toby, even though I think that's what we'll see.

Lloris
Doherty - Dier - Alderweireld - Reguilon
Hojbjerg - Winks
Lamela - Ndombele - Lucas
Kane
Another option that I really hope we see again at some stage is the 3ATB that we played earlier in the week. I like that with our fullbacks and think it gives our midfield a bit more cover. Something like this would be interesting to see too:

Lloris
Alderweireld - Sanchez - Dier
Doherty - Hojbjerg - Ndombele - Reguilon
Lamela - Kane - Lucas

No Lo Celso? (Really don't think he's injured either)

Funny you say that when Doherty has now had 2 penalties wrongfully called against him.

And you know a lot of our fans would have still blamed Aurier for just being there. There would have been analysis that he shouldn’t have been there, and was out of position and if he was where should have been, then the penalty wouldn’t have come about.

Assuming Son and Gio dont make it:

----------------------Lloris----------------------
Doherty----Sanchez-------Dier-----Reguilon
---------------Winks----Hojbjerg--------------
--------------------Ndombele------------------
---Lamela-----------Kane------------Lucas-----

Subs: Hart, Davies, Alderweireld, Sissoko, Bergwijn, Dele, Vinicius

If Son and GLC can make the squad I would scratch Dele and Vinicius to give him a week to adapt.

I only didn't put him in for this game because he played against Maccabi, and he still seems to be working his way back to full fitness. Also, I know a lot of people want it, but I personally don't think we'll ever see Lo Celso and Ndombele in the same starting line up on a regular basis. Especially in that back 3 formation, I think it would be one or the other.

will this new striker be registered in time to be put on the bench ? I would like that as it would give United something to think about because if truth be known none of us would know what to expect and this scenario is always a problem for opposing teams .

With Lo Celso a doubt I would go with:

Lloris

Doherty
Dier
Sanchez
Reguilon

PEH
Winks
Ndombele

Lucas
Lamela
Kane

If GLC is fit then I would swap Winks & him.

Lloris

Aurier-Dier-Sanchez-Reguilon
Hojbjerg-Lo Celso-NDombele
Lamela-Kane-Lucas

I think Lamela will be able to press them better from the beginning. Bergwijn to come on as a livewire, he’s played the most minutes of any attacker this week (45 vs Newcastle, 60+ vs Chelsea and 90 today).
Yeah Bergwijn was absolutely knackered at the end of the game, no way he starts Sunday.

I think Jose will be pragmatic enough, either way our bench should be great.

Think he'll go for:

Lloris

Doherty
Dier
Sanchez
Davies

PEH
Winks

Lamela
Lo Celso
Lucas

Kane

Subs: Hart, Alderweireld, Reggie, Bergwign, Ndombele, Sissoko (or Aurier), Dele

Assuming Son is out. Can't even get Aurier on the bench.

We are on great form but I think we will lose this 2-1 but after the week we've had it won't be the end of the world. If we can get a draw or sneak a win then amazing, we're certainly capable but I think with no Sonny or Bale or Vinicius and Dele's head not 100% I think we could be a little short this time around.

Team to be:
Lloris

Doherty
Dier
Sanchez
Regullion

PEH
Ndombele
Lo Celso or Winks

Lamela
Kane
Lucas

Subs:
Hart, Aurier, Davies, Sissoko, Dele, Winks or GLC, Son? if not Son then Bergwign or Gedson.

Hojberg, N'dombele, Lo Celso midfield, Lamela on the right as he links up incredibly well with the likes of Lo Celso and then whoever really fucking fancies it playing on the left. Shame Son's not fit for this one as I think he'd terrorise them.

Lloris
Doherty Sanchez Dier Reguilon
Hojbjerg
Lo Celso Ndombele
Lamela Kane Son

If Son isn't fit then I'd give Dele that role.

With reggie on the left going forward. It would be interesting to see Lo celso play in a more inverted winger role. To link up with him going forward, and I also think Lo celso is way better than (dele "lazy" alli).... tracking back and working in our defence. Then we can have Ndombele in a more free role with winks and Hojbjerg doing there magic as they have done in the last games.

Really dont think Mourinho will pick Serge to start this game, But to be honest I think he have been really good for us, both in the end of last season and the games he have played in the start of this + Doherty have the maradona hand factor and we have a "special box" haha

I think Jose will have has too much pride to lose this one!
Think prefer Toby to Sanchez for this one otherwise agree with line up

United found their mojo a bit in the carabao Cup. A dangerous team with a lot of attacking talent. Goal threats galore.

It'll be a really hard game and I expect spurs to concede. But their back line is a bit ropey so they will too.

4-3-3 to protect the back line, we cannot play a high line against this side. I love Moura but I think Lamela is needed more in this match. I rate Bergwijn, but he was breathing through his sphincter at the end of the last match. Dele is fit and ready to go. JM using his mind games on him I reckon.

Serge for pace. Played really well recently but I think Doherty will be caught out by their pacey forwards. Ala Ben D so reguilon goes in for me.

Winks, none of you want him but I like what he brings, blocking the passing lines etc. Midfield.needs to work its nuts off, Ndombele on if we need a mix up.

Lloris

Serge Dier Toby Reguilon

Winks Hojbjerg LoCelso

Lamela Kane Dele (son)
