To sum up we are likely looking to sign either the Inter CB or Diop and one of about 3 strikers seemingly Milik, Wood or one other and should see quite a few outgoings. Sounds good to me. A CM who can pass and create and destroy would top off the best possible ever window we could've imagined but my goodness if we sign a CB and ST this is easily the best tw window we've ever had by a country mile, would be something like:
Hart
Skrinjar etc Diop
Doherty
Regullion
PEH
Bale
Milik or Wood etc

That would be 6 first team players + Joe Hart and pretty much all of these are very low risk sensible quality signings, compared to when we signed the famous 7 with the Bale money which ended up being Eriksen, Lamela and a load of trash.

Very exciting next few weeks and first time in forever I've not felt stressed and waiting for the inevitable let-down towards the end of the window when all the excuses come out about "we tried but it was too difficult etc", our tw already has massively exceeded expectations, add a CB and ST to this and forget Levy having the horn for Jose, we will all for the first time ever have the horn for don levy.

I've made a summary of the bits from Dragon last night/this morning. Not sure if it's useful or helpful so let me know if it should be deleted

CBs:

Skriniar - “Huge favourite now I would say” We have serious interest but have told Inter we won’t meet their valuation.

Dias - Gone from zero chance to small possibility

Diop - Looks unlikely unless he went on strike. Wham fans are going nuts

Kim Min Jae - Could happen but we’re worried about how much time his national team want him for. He’ll also not be a starter and we’re looking to improve what we have now


ST:

We don’t want to put our eggs in one basket, negotiating 3 or 4 right now

Toss up between Milik and Wood

Been talking to Milik, Napoli and agents for a while. Same with Edouard and Celtic

Deeney - Zero Interest



Timings:

D1 doesn’t think they’ll leave it till Deadline Day, and he thinks we might get someone by the weekend as we have 4 games next week.


Spending:

Net spend will be under 50m by deadline day with a lot of movement the next few days including loans, for example we paid 25 for sess on a 6 year deal , no way is he going on loan for under 4 mill


Jose and Dragon not being a cheap date:

levy had the horn for jose for a decade , you don't get ya dream date out for dinner and take her to wimpy plus anyone with eyes could see the team v Everton was not making top 4

Read the rules buddy, discussion of ITK only here, currently not a lot of it around outgoings. Welcome to the madhouse.
