Why not? The club may have filed the appropriate paperwork already - I doubt they’d be at HW in full view of the press etc unless everything was complete.

shows how much we love GB when there's been ITK that an event has caused us to splash cash on further signings on top of GB and Reguilon yet this is still the busiest thread.... Imagine if the announcement of Bale, Morgan and Reguilon is accompanied by an announcement of a huge investment by Jeff Bezos hence the push for GB and Morgan both huge in the states.
