Yeah I understood that, two or three others were at it too and although in this instance it was pretty harmless, when people see it, it often snowballs into more and more questions so (quite often) I leap in early to save myself the angst further down the line

I can’t think of 1 career striker attainable at a reasonable fee who would do better down the middle than Bale did in 12/13 or Son has every time he’s been needed there.
I want us to get a striker but I also feel that as long as it’s a player of the right type then what’s most important is having him as an option, not having him as first reserve for Kane. I may be wildly wrong of course.
