I may be wrong but I believe umpires call is at least in part to account for a certain margin of error in the technology.

I can see the use of it when the replay doesn't really shed further light on the subject so you stick with the original call. But sometimes they push it way too far, and at least the ref seeing it again to get a better impression might be called for. But its all a but of a kerfuffle really.

I could get used to this winning lark.

One more and that's all we can do apart from hope that Wolves drop points or Arsenal lose the final.

6th is doable if Chelsea do us a favour on the last day of the season ... Hopefully they still need points to secure CL

Kane obvs motm but huge shoutout to Hugo. Made some stunning saves and controlled the area brilliantly with all the corners and crosses. Still world class.

Despite being the lesser team in attempts, a really good display from the team today. Back to back clean sheet and Harry scoring 2 goals again. Solid work
Leicester can have as many shots as they want when they hardly ever hit the target. Restricting them to almost exclusively 25 yard pot shots when we're three goals up is the sign of a well organised team.

This is what an effective counterattacking side looks like:

Defence has definitely tightened. Toby looks so composed at the back. Lloris gave the team confidence.

Easy. Defensively not super great first half, but we played on the counter brilliantly.

Second half closed shop and gave them nothing but half chances. This win is the kind of performance that the very best teams do time and time again. A bit nervy at 1-0 but then never in doubt.

13 out of 15 points. Looking a little brighter. Improvement still needed, but alas you rue the performance against Sheffield Utd or giving that penalty away against Man Utd.

Only thing I have as a slight criticism is I would like Bergwijn and Skipp to get a little more game time, but who am I to argue with a 3-0 win.

Well done to Jose. Really set up the team with clear instructions and everybody knew what they had to do. We were very clinical and while the football isn't vintage, its very effective.

Great result and a good performance all round
