I have a feeling we'll play 3 at the back tonight, since Aurier is out.

Sissoko and Davies as wingbacks.

...........................Lloris.......................
.............Toby....Sanchez...Jan..........
Sissoko.......Winks...GLC.......Davies
...........................Lamela...................
......................Kane....Son..................

We have got to start Sessegnon and Skipp here. Give them an opportunity these last 3 games. There is not much to play for and we need to see what they have.

I agree with the personnel you have chosen but can see the approach being more like below, which is basically just fluidity between the two.

Lloris
Toby Sanchez Jan Davies
Winks GLC
Sissoko Lamela Son
Kane

Skipp I agree with as there’s an argument to suggest he improves our first team dynamic, but Sessegnon probably doesn’t unless we dramatically shift our formation and while Europa is still possible we still need to win our remaining games.

Just not the same setup we've had prior to the Arsenal game is all I hope for. Either the 4-4-2 seen then or something else we haven't seen yet.

Basically, don’t leave our flanks exposed as when we do crosses reign in and our centre backs sans Dier aren’t great at dealing with them.

Jose trained Gedson for RB role (with Sissoko doing the baby sitting). This is the time to test him out and see if he is any good.

My XI (4-4-2) :

Lloris,
Gedson, Toby, Sanchez, Davies
Sissoko, Lo Celso, Winks, Lucas
Son, Kane

Lucas finally got a role in team, where he doesnt run into space of Kane. Lucas left wing would help given Newcastle's biggest threat is Allan St Maximin.

Lloris
Gedson Sanchez Toby Davies
Skipp Lo Celso
Lucas Bergwijn
Son Kane

No way Sissoko doesn’t start though..

Definitely from a defensive perspective, the tightening of the flanks shown against Arsenal really shouldn't be overlooked. Also from an offensive one too, we actually played a bit of football against Arsenal, which we haven't been able to really say too often recently. Even thought the second half we faded for whatever reason, the first half against Arsenal in improving our defence and offensive fluidity is a massive plus, I just hope we build on that and don't revert back.

I think we faded as we’ve had too many games in quick succession but even then we created the best chances.

I agree on giving them a shot, but to say that there's not much to play for is just wrong. Europa league is our goal. So looking forward playing Dnipro on a cold November evening

Yeah we definitely looked quite tired. If we continue to play this way it would be very ideal to have as many players in the squad really adopting the instructions to the setup, so we can keep the squad fresh but also hopefully see some sort of continuity in performances regardless of who's playing.

I would put sissoko where allan saint maximin is

The Europa League gives the chance to make use of the whole squad is one of the things that appeals to me and dare I say it winning the damn thing is a route to the champions league in my eyes what's not to like it helps keep the whole squad interested in the whole season or at least until your europa run ends . In my eyes we have in football terms too many snobs that turn their nose up to anything that is not the premier league or champions league. I am getting on in age now and am desperate to win any competition available to us to win .

Must have been by accident however it's just a website dude, with all we are facing in the world you are concerned about an accidental spam rating!

Changed it to a winner rating for you too
Lol, didn't take it to heart so no worries, just wondering what was so off about the team I selected.
