How often do our defenders and central midfielders stand on the ball with their palms turned toward the sky begging for someone, anyone to show for the fucking ball? There’s just no movement whatsoever

"The 11 men were strangers, but came together once - sometimes twice - a week to kick a ball around. Backwards, sideways - sometimes even forwards. It was all the same to them. When the whistle went, they went their separate ways. They were a team, but only in name. To dare is to do?"

Neville is such a slime ball.. basically saying our champions league final was a fluke and we arnt a club you would think would get there f off lol.
The CL final was a fluke. We should've got there a season or two before when we were flying, those ties against City and Ajax were Stephen Bradbury levels of fluke. It masked a team that had already shown in the league performances that it was breaking.

The bit about the club is below the pale though.

Jm needs to get a tune from this side. You cant play a symphony with second rate instruments, (which applies to our midfield and full backs.).

I don't think there is a top coach alive that could do any better. All JM is doing is trying to get them to function. But of course, just my opinion
I dont agree. We could at least press the ball as an absolute minimum. We may not be great, but at least it would be some sort of aggression and desire.

Jose sets them up so passively that when we get the ball we dont know what to do with it. We dont close down, as evidenced by the goals last week, because the players are very clearly told to hold their ground not commit.

I just dont understand what he is trying to achieve.

Yeah I’ve always thought the most controversial thing about Levy was his poor mask etiquette :cautious:
Seems everyone in the spurs staff are fingering their masks! Makes public mask wearing pointless and gives a false sense of security. Morons

Two games in a row Aurier not being given any space on the right and we don’t seem to have a plan b in attack

Am I the only one that thinks we are terrible to watch now? There’s just no tempo to anything
It's not surprising tho, we only have two players on the pitch that can actually pass creatively and one of those is our striker. We aren't going to be able to move the ball around with any real dynamism until we bring more creative thinking players on the pitch.

We pass the ball backwarss so much. It's actually frightening.
It's been the same since opening day of the season. Squads toast - in some cases physically, in some cases mentally.
