At the moment I would say Jose's biggest weakness is not setting up correctly from the start

I do think we are setting up to protect players.
We just can't go at teams for 90mins other wise we risk burning out even more and then more injuries.

It's frustrating as hell to watch, but I don't think we are playing this way out of choice. Just forced to.

It's why we can step up, normally after we concede...

Wow. Really?

I'm always amaze some fans were told or know about such information but all came out and said about this not 2 years ago, not 1 year ago, not 3 months before Poch sacked, but all in unison said the same when we were at the trough of Mourinho's management.

Except they did say it 2 years ago, 1 year ago, 3 months ago but you all keep pretending its hindsight

Bergwijn needs working harder if he wants to be in Son and Kane team. Cant see he can take over Lucas ‘ place at this workrate and attitude
I don't think we can be overly critical at this point. He's adjusting to the league and he's playing more than he probably should be at the moment. Looked injured at the end.

Very good second half there, considering the absentees. Lo Celso is class, felt it was harsh on Ndombele to be subbed at HT but we did improve. Lucas was excellent. Dele looked lively in the second half as well. Defending though is so poor, everyone looks shaken all the time and once again we concede because of an individual error.

Much improved 2nd half, couldnt have been any worse. Alli needs to go. No more than a squad player, average in nearly everything he does and bet hes one of our highest earners.
Yes better 2nd half - GLC made big difference plus not plus change in formation.
Dier had another good game, couple important tackles.
But give it a rest re Dele He is playing out of position in a team bereft of any football first half.
Get him in midfield/playing off Kane and hopefully will see the old Alli back.

Tonight if Jose says he is proud of the players and they couldnt do anymore I going to agree with him. Have reservations about the other times he has said it as his tactics and the boys let us down. Its a good point at Burnley that deserved 2 more.

Missed the first half, thankfully. Clearly the better side in the second half. Could have snatched it with some more quality in the final third.

Bergwijn struggling and could do with a rest.

Seeing as Poch’s biggest weakness was his stubbornness to make changes at HT, I’m hardly seeing anybody praising Jose for doing just that and changing the game?

Actually this all reminded me of Poch in the last two years. Setting out with a back three - it doesn't work. Change it at half time we play better.

All a bit familiar.

Turned over to watch the rugby after 20 or so mins but flicked back over when that finished and to be fair we seemed to play lot better in the second half. Looked threatening on the break. Lo Celso made all the difference. Thought Dele played well though.

Can the lads down two bottles of 5-hour energy drinks each before each game? Their adrenaline is drained the moment the match started.

Assuming we go out to Lipzig on Tuesday which I guess all but the most optimistic fan amongst us is expecting least we should then have only one game a week for rest of season so hopefully this burn out issue can be put to bed.
