It’s quite funny jose moaning so much with 3 outfield players out. Because if you actually look at the squad in/outs for 19/20 plus Tanganga we are so much stronger. We lost Eriksen trippier llorente rose plus deadwood and brought in Lo Celso Ndombele Bergwijn Gedson sessegnon Tanganga plus Skipp and Parrott becoming options.
We have nothing in replacement for Kane and Son. Those are our two talismans in attack and we need at least one of them playing or we're pretty hopeless. I'd agree with your statement if it were two defenders and two midfielders out, but no manager in the world would make us look good sans Kane and Son.

You can replace other positions with fill-ins. You could play a CM at RM or RB and get away with it. You can shoehorn a physical DM into one of the CB slots. You could have a fullback slide up to winger. But you cannot replace strikers. The instincts and skillset it takes to be a serviceable one are vastly different to how any other position thinks and plays.

Could be any line up but I actually dont really care who plays as long as they try hard for the team.

Sad state of affairs.

Need some rotation with a view to Tuesday IMO. Goals are going to be very difficult to come by no matter who we run out there, but Dele, Lucas, and Bergwijn are absolutely running on fumes and need a rest IMO.

------------------Gazza------------------
Aurier -- Sanchez ---- Dier ----- Davies
----------------- Skipp ------------------
---------Lo Celso ----- Ndombele-----
Gedson ------- Lamela ---- Sessegnon

Interesting although I'm not sure where the goals are coming from, might be worth a try though. Mind you I'd play Tang instead of Aurier & I don't think Lamela is fit enough to start.

Dunno why everyone is picking Parrott. He was chasing shadows when he came on midweek and looked way out of his depth

Gazzaniga
Aurier Sanchez Alderweiredl Davies
Skipp Lo Celso
Lucas Lamela Berg
Alli
And what was Alli doing for much longer?

Completely agree but we've struggled to score despite the first-choice attackers (of those available) playing. They'll need to be rotated if we are to have any chance of salvaging anything this season, though admittedly probably not all at once.

I agree with putting Skipp in the lineup. I think we’ll need a bit of a scrapper with our crap defence.

I like this, but all things being equal, I'd rather see Ndombele for Winks. At least for the first hour.

I fear a win on Tuesday would be only delay the inevitable in terms of progress in the CL. Top four / five should be the priority.
