It is so obvious that so many are making comments in here, that didn't even watch the game today at all, and have just found out the result and are coming up with their already tired pre-written arguments, some of which make no sense if they had actually seen the game.

Could you provide a list?

I genuinely loathe so many of you on this fucking forum. I swear to god some of you take more pleasure out of a loss than a win because us losing enables you to share your stupid fucking opinions. Often completely ignoring fact or any coherence of logic.

When we played Wolves away we had Son and Kane fit and we were still absolutely dominated by them. But we won. Nobody calling for Mourinho to be sacked for a poor performance.

Today, without Kane and without Son we outplayed Wolves for the vast majority of the game and lost because we threw the game away. Now I’m reading people abusing every player under the sun and calling for Mourinho to be sacked.

Big up the real fans who actually watch a game of football with no agendas. The rest of you can fuck off tbh.

In a match day thread? Do you go to games and then post on Spurs Community to complain while you're at the game, live? How about telling everyone every game when ever you get the chance that you sell your ticket on a weekly basis?

Yeah, sure, that'll tell 'em.

No, as I’ve said, I haven’t posted anywhere about the ticket prices because I’m content with mine.

If other people want to post on spurscommunity during the game, that’s their prerogative. Again, it’s perfectly possible to do that while also supporting the team - I’m not sure what you’re struggling with or getting so angry about. Is because you’ve told them what they can and can’t post, and when, and they’ve ignored your increasingly hysterical rants because you’re not the spurscommunity police? Is that why you’re angry?

Everyone on here is pained when we lose and it’s natural for people to express that

Nah, just shut up posting about your ticket and the money it cost you. No one fucking cares.

Definitely. We were in control until we inexplicably started to give the ball to them under no pressure whatsoever after 22 minutes. We had the game.

Second half Dele almost scores with a header that goes close. That goes in we probably win.

People usually complain about the long balls. There was none of that today. Today it was back to the ineffective moving the ball side to side and not getting it forward quick enough.

I was at the game and that’s how it planned out. We lost to soft goals from players not doing their job properly. Tanganga needs time out the side for example. He gives the striker too much of an easy decision to make when one on one in the box. He’s cost us at least 3/4 goals with his defending.

Lets see........

Kane
Lloris
Son
Lamela
Wanyama
Sissoko

How much better we would be with those in the side is up for debate but lets not pretend it isn't an issue. Any squad would, over the course of a season, hell, half a season, would miss that lot.

Plus two or three three signings who have hardly set the world alight, Eriksen gone, Toby & Jan have declined shockingly. Personally I'd add Toby & Jan to the 'missing' list because their quality has declined so badly.

Ridiculous statement. Bordering on Jackanory type levels.

Such is your hard-on for hating on Mourinho that this rubbish just rolls off the tongue. It's as plain as a 12 inch dong stuck to the Queen's face :D
I'll give you some of them, but let's face it we've not been able to rely on lamela or wanyama for over 2 seasons now so you cant expect them to remain fit because they never are.
Which means we are only missing 4 players.
All you get with Mourinho is excuses.
First it was no time to work on the training pitches because of all the mid week games.
Then its they've had more rest than us.
Now it's the we cant play offensive football because we have no forwards.
Sorry but it comes down to woeful planning and purchasing in the transfer window. We are always looking for cheaper alternatives or buy players based on price. Why did we bring in that Portuguese midfielder? It wasnt because that where the gap in the squad was thats for certain.
When mourinho came in I was great finally a manager that wouldnt get bullied by the chairman and will actually get a voice to address the squad but if the last transfer window was anything to go by then nothing has changed.

Let's face it, they still didn't want him gone. If Mourinho can't get a coherent Plan A going with this squad I think it's a bit harsh to criticise Poch for not having a Plan B. I don't even think it's true - it was very much Plan B that saw us win the CL QF and SF last season. It wasn't consistent, but it was there.
Hmmm come on fella - we had HUGE slices of luck in both those games. I don't really think VAR & Moura was Poch's back up plan, do you?

I don't think I've ever seen Harry Winks have a good game. I mean seriously, what does he do? He offers nothing defensively. He doesn't score many goals or create many chances so what exactly does he bring to the party?

The new Jake Livermore / Jamie O'Hara. Just not good enough.
He didn’t have a good game but to say you’ve never seen him play well is ridiculous...either you don’t watch us much or just a massive knee jerk

Did you not see Madrid away a few seasons ago? He was great that match

The apologists for Mourinho make me laugh.

Some managers don't change with the times. He clearly hasn't. The tactics we are seeing are an affront to what we are proud of as Spurs fans.

There's always an excuse with Jose. Injuries, referees, the board, we've seen it all before. The truth is what he done that is any different to Sherwood post AVB?

Some are even more interested in his post match presser to see what excuses Mourinho has after a loss.

Agree with this.

Apart from a couple of costly mistakes at the back I thought today was one of our most coherent performances under Jose. We pressed well, passed the ball and kept possession well. Lacked cutting edge at vital times but that was to be expected with Son/Kane missing.

I've been critical of most of our performances under Jose but today actually gave me a bit of hope we could have a decent end to the season. Think if we bring Lloris and Toby back in I would keep this shape for the remaining matches.
