No doubt Aurier will start but he's doing my nut in. Good player hidden away inside a fkin idiot.
I'd stick with that back 4 every game from now on.

Will he play Davies tomorrow? Mourinho said last week that Davies is not ready to come back and play 2/3 games in a row.

Tanganga will come back in as much due to his pace than anything. Sanchez and Toby will play as well. RBL have pace with Werner & Sabitzer so we need to be able to match that. Tanganga is perfect for this game IMO.

This game comes down to whether we can manage to get goals despite having no strikers against a team that will have no CB's versus whether we can keep out their rather potent attack with our best defenders out there. It's weakness against weakness and strength against strength and those battles will determine the outcome of this 1st leg.

I'm expecting us to be able to score. RBL don't have a true CDM so there will be serious opportunities for us to create chances, it's just about whether Lucas, Alli and Bergwijn have their shooting boots on.

All I'm asking for is for us to not concede early and ideally not concede at all in this leg if we can. If we can get a 1 or 2-0 lead then it will stand us in good stead to get through the tie.

Don’t underestimate the experience of Jose here. I am pretty convinced he will set up not concede - a 0-0 tonight would be a very good result and put us favourites to progress. There will be a game plan to this effect I think

I want to see Bergwijn up top, with Alli behind and Sessegnon and Moura on the sides. Hopefully Ndombele is fit to start with Lo Celso in the middle.

Watching the training for Leipzig couldn't work out who the big lump was in the black tights and white boots having trouble lifting his great bulk over the hurdles , it's Wanyama , won't be seeing him playing again.
He is in the Skipp group about 3.50 in to the video

A 0-0 at our place makes us favourites? How does that work? Leipzig are more vulnerable at the back tonight than they will be in the 2nd leg, with their makeshift defence.

I think we will see the best of Bergwijn this evening. I think he is a big game player. Also Lo Celso too can pull the strings.
