Hopefully when safe standing comes into the PL, I'm sure it will be a 1:1 ratio.

But in Germany they have a 1.5:1 ratio. So it could be increased in the PL let it
Even if the British rules ever did allow that - which sadly I find unlikely - we'd still need approval from Haringey to increase the capacity. With the state of the transport situation that seems impossible, at least for the next 15-25 years until Crossrail 2 is maybe built.

I don't know if this has been covered before but where I sit with my sons above us suspended from the roof is some kind of luxury suits and still not opened also the outside adventure walk at the north end I just wanted to know when they would be good to go .
I forgotten the correct naming of these items sorry to say but would be interested to know opening dates as surely the club are missing a lot of revenue whilst these things are not operating .

Sky bar should be later this year, assuming that's what you mean.

The skywalk will be open in May that’s walking up outside the stadium to the roof and abseiling. As far as I know there’s currently no concrete plans for the sky bar above the north stand. Different things have been rumoured from a night club to being part of naming rights deal.

I think the amount of food and drink outlets at our stadium, plus the quality of them, will swing this greatly in our favour.
Look how much was raked in for the NFL games.
Our stadium was built with hosting a variety of events in mind, theirs wasn't.
Their's weren't, but you should remember that the promoters have no allegiance to Spurs and will go where they think they can get the best deal. Saying that, if they chose Arsenal, their "New" stadium might be shown up to the world, to be inadequate when compared to ours!

I’d guess Arsenal would do literally anything for us not to get the AJ fight as far as put it on for a loss. All these events add in to the perception we’ve become the bigger more attractive relevant club.

Probably just the same sort of thing that happens with transfers.

Hearn knows Spurs is the best offering so is probably chucking Arsenal into the ring (pardon the pun) as a negotiating tactic

I could be wrong here. But I know personally I hate Chelsea and West Ham on a different level to Arsenal, and while that's definitely a minority view I'm not the only one. Arsenal is a team I love to hate, it's ultimately a good traditional derby and always entertaining. Chelsea and West Ham have some really, really vile racists that I totally despise and who have zero place in football. Given his passion for anti-racism, I wonder if Wrighty feels a similar way - Tottenham's a rival, Chelsea's a real hatred. He certainly seems far more hostile to them in his public appearances.

In terms of the AJ fight, Eddie Hearn will want it at The Lane. Aside from the fact it's a better stadium, the first ever pro boxing fight his Dad (Barry Hearn) put on was The Lane in 1987 with Frank Bruno, we have history and Hearn has said before it would be a nice nod to his old man.

I wouldn't go quite that far but he certainly is a very honest and fair pundit. He also doesn't have the bitterness of other ex gooners like Charlie Nicholas and Paul Merson.
He's just a nice bloke who seems to appreciate how lucky he is that he got his opportunity.
