Finally. Sigh.

A little ditty about Tom Thumb.............(To the tune of Pinball Wizard by The Who)

Ever since he was a young boy
He played the transfer game
From Bradford down to Barca
He played them all the same
And I ain't seen nothing like him
Won't do big deals at all
That bald, dwarfy chairman
Sure doesn't sign fuck-all

He stands like a statue,
Becomes part of the transfer scene
Feeling all the angles
Never playing clean
He plays by intuition,
The contract counters fall
That bald, dwarfy chairman
Sure tries to sign fuck-all

He's a transfer wizard
There has got to be a twist
A transfer wizard,
We all know the ones he missed

How do you think he does it? I don't know!
What makes him so tight?

Got the morals of a polecat
He loves to bid lowball
Don't see the deadline coming
Cares about fuck-all
The BSoDL always back him
That's why he'll never fall
That bald, dwarfy chairman
Sure doesn't sign fuck-all

OK today is the day of days.

Will Levy be a man or a mouse. Squeak up.
If we fail to bring in a striker is he a runt or a ****.
The cult of Levy, how has he got so many people mesmerised?
Dwarves. Is it true they are well hung?
Why do the police always wait until you're on your vinegar strokes before arresting you?
Farting, who dealt it, smelled it and who denied it, supplied it. True or False?

This thread will have the answers to these and many more questions!

Remember, No ITK bashing, no pictures or videos and NO TWITTER. We'll let this thread roll but within reason so do at least try to be reasonable and just for once have some self respect and give the rampant idiocy a breather :D

You ****s.
Christmas Day for crusty toss fossils such as we.

Another great innings, A&C- you great bearded lizard

Let’s be honest, no club is going to let a quality asset leave in Jan, we are going to have to scrape the barrel so to speak to resolve a short term issue.
We have one of the very best strikers in the world who is injured for a short while, we need cover - difficult to replace and to find someone whose happy being second fiddle.

mid we get anyone, good, if we don’t - oh well let’s crack on.

we’ll be okay either way I reckon
Kane's out for the rest of the season, and the whole team suffers for want of an attacking outlet. Miraculously however, top 4 is still possible.

If that isn't enough reason for a stop gap measure, I don't know what is. But I'm quite sure we won't be OK (as in reaching top 4) without adding an out-and-out striker...

The last point is bang on - I’d rather sign no-one then some of the players we’ve been linked with.

If the signing is a permanent one then I agree. If it is a loan then I do not. We need a number 9 this season.

The final day is setup for a domino effect with so many clubs looking at attacking options. As soon as the first one or two attackers move the other moves will follow.

Mate go have a look at the list of players that have moved this window, to say nobody is going to let a quality asset go is just plain incorrect.

So why let Llorente go in the summer, with no back up? We do it to ourselves.
Because while he had some good moments for us, we thought that we could do better, forgetting the fact that would involve buying a new striker..

It's far from plain incorrect. Have a look at the list yourself. What quality assets have been allowed to leave in the area we are looking to strengthen?

If DL gets GB, we need to buy him a trophy.
I just don't see it but If anyone can, Daniel can.

I personally think it'll be a striker... Like Bali or OG

I would give my left testicle to see Bale in a Spurs shirt again, although I will absolutely admit this is down to sentimentality not current form, fitness and ability. He's also not a striker.

Our bi-annual deadline day link to bale. however if even dragon has suddenly upped the chances, will it be another case of "we tried"

This will all end with us signing Giroud or, most likely, nobody.

Often times this is how it all pans out for us.

Then we'll be told it's 'difficult' and it is. For us.

I'm off for a rest as I typed Giroud in full instead if the lazy bastard way. Twice.
